Our Famous Apple Juice

Our famous juice is a product that is completely grown and made on the farm. We use a blend of fresh apples from our trees and put them through the juicer located right here at the village. The pulp is removed in the process but the juice is not filtered any further leaving the maximum amount of nutrients that can be found in apple juice. The cloudy golden brown color of our juice is achieved because the juice is pasteurized (for the safety of the customer) by Ultra Violet Light rather than being cooked. What’s left in the end is an irresistible healthy beverage that is sold in jugs for the table or as a slushy Applelanche for a treat on hot days.
