Spiced Cider Jelly Squares

Make a wonderful addition to your cheese plate or Charcuterie board -fun, easy and adds a sweet element with no sugar added! Davison’s cider is PURE Juice with no added sugar or preservatives.

Spiced Cider Jelly Squares

  • 4 cups Davison's Spiced Cider
  • 4 envelopes of Know Gelatin


  1. Pour one cup of Davison’s Spiced Cider in a shallow bowl
  2. Sprinkle with 4 envelopes of Knox Gelatin
  3. Let sit until Gelatin has softened
  4. heat 1 cup of the remaining Spiced Cider– do not boil but heat until very hot
  5. Slowly pour the heated Spiced Cider into the shallow bowl with the softened Gelatin/ Cider mix
  6. Stir to completely dissolve the gelatin
  7. Add remaining 2 cups of spiced cider and pour into a lightly greased 9x12 pan
  8. Let set and then cut into squares
